Who handles it
Your enquiry is stored in our business software (Odoo, run by Odoo S.A.) and our email is hosted by Hostinger. They process data only on our behalf and may store it on servers outside India or your country. Where needed, we share details with partners who help carry out your order (manufacturers, inspection agencies, freight forwarders, customs brokers and banks), and only what they need. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. Records linked to orders, invoices and shipments are kept as long as Indian tax and export law requires (usually 8 years).
Cookies
Only cookies that are technically necessary for the site and to keep the enquiry form secure. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to enquiry@fynix-international.com; we reply within 30 days.
